Reconciliation in the Judicial Council: –
1- Proof of conciliation by the court does not deviate from the fact that it is a contract that has the power of formal contracts; No judgment; Therefore, it is not challenged by the prescribed methods of appeal against judgments. Rather, it is through the established methods for challenging official contracts in accordance with the general rules, (Law of Pleadings and Regulations, Article 3/70)
2- In this, it is necessary to prove the will of the parties either by signing the minutes of the session or the approved electronic authentication, and the record loses its evidentiary power when it is not signed by the parties, one of them, or whatever takes its place.
